An Incredible and Generous Year for Swing for the Wish

2020 marks the 14th year of Swing for the Wish, InterState Oil Company’s charity event that benefits the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Northeastern and Central California and Northern Nevada. While this year was a little different due to the Coronavirus and the cancellation of our event, the support and generosity of our family, friends, colleagues and peers did not waver. It is an accomplishment in itself to have our community come together in such uncertain times and still help us maintain our goal of donating each year to this wonderful cause.

This year, through the efforts of our Online Auction, sponsorship funds and donations, we were able to raise $20,000 for the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Northeastern and Central California and Northern Nevada.

InterState Oil Company first partnered with Make-A-Wish® Northeastern & Central California and Northern Nevada in 2006 to start the tradition of our annual charity event and has since raised over $290,000 and have granted over 48 wishes!

It has been an honor and privilege to continue this tradition over the years and we could not and cannot do it without the help of so many. From our dedicated employees who volunteer their time, to our friends, family, clients and colleagues who sponsor this event and the generous donations from our community, we truly appreciate the generosity and compassion of those who made this year’s donation possible.
